When you come in, you will be greeted like a friend, and then we will gladly help you choose your meat right off the pit filled with mesquite coals. There are some great choices at Schoepf's; sirloin, brisket, turkey, four kinds of sausage, thick pork chops, chicken halves, pork ribs, and chopped beef or pork including ribeyes. After leaving the pit area, go on inside to get your freshly made sides, desserts, and breads. The Schoepf family has been serving our great customers for over 16 years and looks forward to ensuring that your experience is memorable.

Free Texas Music Series Kicks Off!

It’s been a long quiet Fall and Winter. It is time to hang out under the shade trees, listen to some great music, and tell stories about how great we once were in high school!! Cory Morrow and Toys for Tots

Come out on December 4th and help the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation raise money and collect toys for needy children in our communities. Bring unwrapped toys or make a donation at the gate to help, and listen to a great lineup of music!

We Are Open Again!

There has been a lot of work in cleaning up the mess. The place is clean and we hope to finish the repairs ASAP. Thanks to all the people who helped, prayed, or called with best wishes. We have learned so much from this experience both personal and professional.

Concert Parking Made Easy!

There has been some problems with parking and the City of Belton and Schoepf’s BBQ have come up with a parking map. This will will help you find a safe parking place where you will not risk being towed! Please help us respect private parking and only use designated areas on the map. We love having ya’ll out for the music and look forward to many more great concerts!
